Mall Ball 2011
On February 5, 2011, we attended our fifth consecutive Mardi Gras Mall Ball. Before the ball we went to a friend of a friend's house for a pre-party. 
After leaving the pre-party we went to Cordova Mall for the ball. Susan got a new dress for this year's ball. Mike actually saw the dress while working Dillard's and wanted Susan to wear it. Mike had to get a new tuxedo after loosing weight. His old tuxedo swallowed him whole. This was Mike's first time wearing a tuxedo with a traditional tie rather than bow tie. There didn't seem to be as many people at the Mall Ball as previous years. We enjoyed many of the entrees. Mike's favorite was the crawfish etouffee from the Oar House. Susan's had two favorite entrees. She loved the sushi from the Fish House and the crab cakes from Landry's. Here is a photograph of Mike and Susan that Aaron took before they left for the ball.
